Côte d’Ivoire (http://www.igici.ci/) won the bid to host the 6th Regional Forum.
Working under the Theme:
"Internet Governance For Peace: A Shared Responsibility of Multi-stakeholder partnerships"
The choice of the theme came about as a result of the increased violence and security challenges being witnessed within the region. The question that the forum would be addressing is :
"Can the Region leverage on ICTs to provide security for its physical and net citizens?"
